- Size Exchange: If the product does not fit, you may request an exchange for a different size.  

- Damaged Product: If the product arrives damaged or defective.  

🎥 Proof Requirement

To process any return or exchange, customers must provide a clear opening video of the package being unboxed.  

- The video must show the package being opened from the start, without cuts or edits.  

- This helps us verify the condition of the product at the time of delivery.  

- Requests without an opening video will not be eligible for return or exchange.  

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

- Products without an opening video.  

- Items returned without prior approval.  

- Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery.  

📌 Process for Returns

1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and opening video.  

2. Once approved, ship the product back to us in its original packaging.  

3. After inspection, we will process your size exchange or replacement.

- We do not offer refunds; only size exchanges or replacements for damaged products.  

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed damaged.  

- Please ensure the product is unused and in its original condition when returning.
